 The training and coaching program offered by Alfred Looman

has many dimensions. At one level it is a practical program of business

management – covering planning, priorities and goal setting.

For this alone it is worth doing the course.

 

Other aspects of the course relate to building skills such as in

memory development, study, and speed reading – all effective and

useful skills to develop. The other dimensions of the course relate

to how much you are interested in developing your creativity

and breaking down the limitations we all inadvertently set

through the way we think and operate.

 

Alfred has a lovely, non-threatening style presenting information

Alfred (Genius 4 Life) was engaged to facilitate the formation of

a common interest working group. These were personnel from very

different backgrounds, they were geographically remote from each other

and operating very different plant.

​

Their only common point of interest was to share knowledge in

the area of Power Station chemistry. Alfred drew these individuals together,

and with his unique skills imparted his extensive knowledge of business

to allow robust practices to be adopted. This was achieved in an amazingly

short period of time while also expediting the formation of a strong

and focused team, which is fully equipped and delivering ongoing

success to the business.

  "I write regarding training received from Genius 4 Life

by the Asset Management group (12 people) at Torrens Island Power Station

in February 2010. Billed as a course to combat information overload on

the work environment, the training consisted of a full day program,

that focused on the operation of the human brain and how this

impacts learning. This material was used as a lead in

to a speed reading course.

 

Feedback forms collected from all of the participants showed

that they all both enjoyed the course on the day and have found the

general information and speed reading course material most beneficial

in the post course working environment.

Over a period of three years AGL engaged Alfred as a personal performance 

and productivity trainer and coach, delivering a series of group training courses.

The training addressed issues such as information and workload overload,

project leadership and management as well as communication skills, with

all of the participants highly energised by the experience.

 

I personally gained some valuable insights into the way the mind works, 

including how to develop focused states, mind mapping, accelerated learning

and speed reading. Which for me opened up avenues to a whole new style of

learning. The more exposure to the teaching methods I experienced, the more

engaging it became and the more it made me want to learn more and more. 

It just opened up so many exciting new avenues for me. My whole approach

to project leadership and management as well as to how I manage my

workload has improved dramatically, I am much happier now and very

much freer from stress.

 

After the success of the group training courses I was offered an opportunity 

to continue engaging with the work on a one to one executive coaching basis. 

I have been working with Alfred for over a year now and my knowledge and

application of the course material and the process skills he presents has

continued to deepen. As I applied these process skills to the work place,

I began realise that these disciplines apply to all other areas of focus in

my life. The entire set of process skills all came together for me as an

excellent whole of life model.

 

I would highly recommend Alfred’s training courses and teaching methods

to anyone and everyone in any walk of life who wants to lead a more

productive, satisfying and fulfilling life.

right direction. Head has been buzzing all day and have come across

a little quotation that I am sure you have come across but it made me think of you.

 

"To find out what you love to do demands a great deal of intelligence;

because, if you are afraid of not being able to earn a livelihood,

or of not fitting into this rotten society, then you will never find out.

But, if you are not frightened, if you refuse to be pushed into the groove
